Diabetes Returned

Unfortunately recently due to the Covid situation, I have not been taking the exercise that I previously did. Plus I did not control my eating.  Stupid really.

We had moved our home and have a new doctor. My first appointment with the Diabetes Nurse is on the 20th October 2021.  Unfortunately our previous Doctor in Chelmsford had not been keeping up with my condition. The last time I was given lancelets was 2016. Our new doctors wouldn't give me a prescription because they were not on my list.  So I purchased what I needed from Amazon.

My mmol/l is getting higher. Now running at 7.6 and I am loosing weight. I do still have these little blue tablets issued in 2016, so I am reluctant to take them.
